Step 1 – THE ORDER

The first step to start designing your stationery is to purchase your planner, poster or calendar in our webshop. Bare in mind that we take only 10 purchases of planners, 20 calendars and 30 posters per month, so that we preserve our quality and devote our time and attention to you. It takes us a week to finalise your poster, 10 days to finalise your calendar and up to 3-4 weeks to design your planner, depending on the difficulty and revisions (+ shipping time). Therefore, be careful to order ahead in case for everything to go smoothly. Upon your purchase, we will contact you to discuss your style and wishes. Design consultation is handled by Franka. During the consultation, we will listen to your every wish and assemble your style, character, story and spirit so that all of the elements of you are represented in your custom made, unique stationery. After the consultation, Franka starts working on your magical stationery!

Step 2 – ADD-ONS & REVISIONS

We aren’t happy if you’re not happy! That’s why we offer unlimited revisions. After creating the draft, we will send you the graphic book via email to review and discuss. Also, in this step you can choose additional possibilities to put in your planner: custom made typography or your own fontunique illustrationsfoil cover etc  let your imagination run wild! We want everything to be perfect and for you to be completely satisfied so don’t be afraid to be a nit-picker with us!

Step 3 – FINALISING

Once you’re happy – we’re happy! When we are ensured your artwork is design and print perfect, we send you the final email with the receipt which you confirm and pay the remaining amount of the order total (if you have add-ons) to confirm your print order. Within 10 working days of the final email we will print and prepare your beautiful, custom made stationery and contact you to arrange collection or request delivery information and date.
